LFCDS Professional Development

GoodFriend has had the privilege of working with Lake Forest Country Day School for more than five years, creating over 20 films together that invite families into the warm, thoughtful, and deeply engaged world of LFCDS. It is a relationship we value a great deal. Alongside Alex Sheridan and his team, we have worked to tell stories that feel both heartfelt and full of life, pieces that reflect not just the strength of the school, but the care, curiosity, and sense of possibility that run through it. This particular video focuses on LFCDS’s commitment to professional development by highlighting the theater department and the ways faculty continue to grow in order to better serve their students. In doing so, the film also makes a broader point: that the arts are not an extra at LFCDS, but a vital part of a well-rounded education, helping students build confidence, creativity, and connection alongside academic growth.
